In his recent interview within the German podcast “Grad°Global”, Prof. Heck introduced the project to a broader audience and talked about its chances to significantly contribute to climate change mitigation and a sustainable development in Mauritania.
The podcast is a production of the Foundation Development and Climate Alliance on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The Development and Climate Alliance is a strong community for climate protection and sustainable development. More than 1,500 supporters from business, industry, the public sector and civil society, as well as individuals, advocate for coupling climate change mitigation strategies with their development impact.
The “Grad° Global” podcast aims to inspire, open doors and show how we can avoid, reduce and offset CO2. For this purpose, relevant discussion partners on the topic of development and climate are invited, including politicians, celebrities, scientists, activists and entrepreneurs who are committed to global climate protection, worldwide sustainable development and sustainable living.
